It appears if you remain logged on and do not clear the cache. Looks like a virus because it tries to change format of site when it gets in to settings. So it is ok mate your not seeing things. Best to log out and clear all files when finished browsing.

I was just going to say!
Its probably just a place holding during the layout and css being done for the pages. I sometimes do it myself to either identify a div block or so that I can see it whilst doing other stuff.
If you have a div block with no content in it and no height expressly set then you may not see it. Which is a pain during development.
Its an oversight, nothing more.
