I meant in general i.e 'That was fucking offside ref', obviously if black so and so came out of someone's mouth said then yes, but it should still be the individual, not the clubs that are punished.

Nope, blasphemy is insulting, showing contempt for or generally insulting a deity. Nothing to do with swearing per se.
