Saturdays match
I presume this will be called off.
Not because I've seen the weather or anything. Just that it's a Saturday between the months of November and March....

Re: Saturdays match
Its an away game so could well be on.
Actually apart from the gales up here there is nothing to prevent it going ahead.
Ground is actually drying out, however snow is due during the night.

Re: Saturdays match
It seems it hasn't snowed here in Gateshead, not sure if anything has happened in Bedlington 16 miles north though.
Re: Saturdays match

Re: Saturdays match
be great to get game on and a win.
bishop and west are at home so they may be off
no snow in guernsey by the looks of it, imagine if this was off, it would be chaos

Re: Saturdays match
Just to clarify the terms, are you saying if Bishop and West matches are on or if Bishop or West matches are on?Hilly wrote:Il eat my hat* if Bishop and West play today...quakerray wrote:be great to get game on and a win.

Re: Saturdays match
Take your pick. I haven't been into West / Bishop but I only live 5 minutes from either and I fail to see how they could be any different to what it's like outside my front door.Christophano wrote:Just to clarify the terms, are you saying if Bishop and West matches are on or if Bishop or West matches are on?Hilly wrote:Il eat my hat* if Bishop and West play today...quakerray wrote:be great to get game on and a win.

That's a lot of snow to move for any set of fans. It's about 3 or 4 inches deep at the minute and we know only too well how long it takes to shift snow from the pitch.
Re: Saturdays match
Wouldn't count my chickens just yet, bet a fiver when we get there it starts chucking down with snow.
