No.2 Count them down - Team Northumbria(Home) - Sat 27th Apr
Well let's see what the results bring but if either Ashington Thu/Durham Sat manage to take a point or all three and we win then this time next week we could be champions.
When we got beat by Team North earlier in the season the game was poor, we missed too many chances, Turns got injured and Norton came on. It was freezing and a terrible day but Watling's 2 goals gave TN the win they deserved.
I think we have been selling tickets for this game so if you can get yourself I would get one. Let's see some big crowds in these last 2 games.

"Possible" promotion day for us if results go our way... Cant see anything other than a win for darlo. But, I was expecting a 3/4-0 win in the away fixture, who knows, they will be up for it and they will give us a tough game, can't see us bottling it now mind, I know we are darlo and we have a habit of making a hash of things but our lads will be raring to go after todays result, and looking to exact revenge with team north........ come on darlo

They were very stubborn at there place and couldn't fault there effort. Les your right towards the end it was f@king freezing. I'd love us to win it next Saturday as oppose to a Wednesday. Hope it's a sellout.

This will hopefully be the first match I'll have made it to in ages I would love it if it were the clincher!

Perhaps a bit anal/OCD/Darlo Pete of me, but i'd like to see us beat every team 'on aggregate ' this season - so I'm looking for a victory margin of at least 3 goals in both our remaining fixtures.
Only then can we truly say we pissed this tinpot league!

But we won't beat every team on "aggregate". (Granted, so far it's only one team).
Or are you then going to go down the "away goals" path?

I'm quite a sad b******, so yes I am. Which means that Newton Aycliffe didn't escape being flattened by the Darlo steamroller!Fibonacci0112358 wrote:But we won't beat every team on "aggregate". (Granted, so far it's only one team).

We've already failed to achieve this, we finished 2 - 2 with Newton Aycliffe on aggreagate.Al Sharp wrote:Perhaps a bit anal/OCD/Darlo Pete of me, but i'd like to see us beat every team 'on aggregate ' this season - so I'm looking for a victory margin of at least 3 goals in both our remaining fixtures.
