You are allowed 18 months in administration. The FL have confirmed we can start the season in administration. The precedent for points reductions are for leaving administration without a CVA or as a punishment for financial wrong doing.
Going on the precedent i dont think we will get a points reduction. If we do it should be 2 points for a second administration within 5 years (Bournemouth and Rotherham) I know the FL have no regard for precedent or fair application of thier own rules but it will be hard for them to deduct more than 2 points.
As for the players, something has got to be sorted out ASAP becuase i would assume that if they dont have a contract they dont have insurance and without insurance they, rightly, aint going to play
