Tomorrows Game

Post by Darlo_Chris » Fri Nov 13, 2009 8:24 pm

It might sound strange but i'm really looking forward to the game tomorrow. Even on the back of three defeats. Seems ages since the last home game

Anyone else looking forward to it

I've been getting more and more confident all day today. I don't normally get sidetracked too easily at work, but I kept on daydreaming to tommorow afternoon for some reason, and I don't know why. Let's hope it's a good omen.

I don't know about tomorrow, but I've got an excellent feeling about Northampton in 5 weeks. It'll be my first game of the season, probably still hungover and unable to cope with the British winter, but we'll definitely win. Definitely.

Isn't this one of those rare "first evers". First ever match Darlo v Burton Albion.

Get some of it!!

Quite possibly will be Wylam. I am very optimistic tomorrow but they'll be no mugs though.

Well I'm looking forward to tomorrow's game and catching up with my mates, especially looking forward to seeing DC and discussing the Arsenal v Spurs game. Wonder if Quakerz is going to bless us with his presence tomorrow afternoon? 4 weeks since the last home game is just too long.

Looking forward to this game massively. I was born in Burton (though I've lived in the North East since I was 5) and they are my "second" team. Looking forward to meeting some old friends from Burton, though I'll be hoping for 3 points for Darlo....after all they need the points more!!!

Yep, looking forward to it. Missed the Shrewsbury game (the only home game I've missed, doh!) so it's been ages since I saw us play.

I'm looking forward to it as it sounds like we have improved under Staunton despite losing 4/5. The Shrewsbury game was fantastic, and another performance like that would be good.
