Fixture Calendars
Fixture Calendars
Hi everyone,
I've created a shared google calendar with the Darlo fixtures in. You should be able to get access to it at:
http://www.google.com/calendar/ical/the ... /basic.ics
I am sure people who know more about androids and iphones etc can help out with getting the calendar working etc. I'm sure it is setup right for all that sort of thing.
It works in Outlook if you do the following:
1) In Outlook, click File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
2) On the Internet Calendars tab, click New.
3) Paste the link in from above
4) In the Folder Name box, type the name of the calendar as you want it to appear in Outlook (for example Darlington FC Fixtures), and then click OK.
When you start Outlook, it checks Google Calendar for updates and downloads any changes. If you keep Outlook open, it also periodically checks for and downloads updates.

Re: Fixture Calendars
Great job Kev, works a treat
Re: Fixture Calendars
That's great, thanks for that.
Re: Fixture Calendars
No bother. I always stick them in my calendar to stop stuff at work clashing so figured it may as well be made usable by others.
Re: Fixture Calendars
My phone (Android) won't open the file.
Great idea though.

We will be playing at the arena again next season - fact.
Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.

Afraid I'm not familiar with Android Spyman.... sure someone can help out though.
Re: Fixture Calendars
You'd have thought Android would be the simplest OS to open a Google calendar on!

Re: Fixture Calendars
Came into outlook and on to my iPhone perfect, just the office will know now why I'm working away on certain nights around Manchester lol
Re: Fixture Calendars
Just a bump. This is still active and I've updated all the pre-season games. A word of warning the kick-off times for a lot of the games may not be accurate. I've defaulted a lot of them to 3pm / 7.30pm so be sure to check for changes.

Perfect; cheers Kev!
Re: Fixture Calendars
Sterling work; much appreciated!
Re: Fixture Calendars
hi folks, this should be updated for the season ahead. Includes key FA Cup dates, the FA Trophy dates and the play-off final days (13th May 2018). The other play-off dates are speculation on my part.

Hi folks, this should be bang up to date now for the season ahead. All the potential cup rounds are in there as well.

Re: Fixture Calendars
Usual pre-season bump for this for those not signed up or wondering if there is a place where you can get the fixture list in a calendar
I've done up to the end of October so far. I will definitely pull my finger out over the weekend and add the remainder of the fixture list.
