Not sure about a refund yet or indeed about what the FL/FA will do about the result.
The Potter incident was funny and helped spend a few minutes of what was a very long hour waiting for a decision to be made about whether or not the game would resume. The Police and stewards did nothing to make the Blackpool fans leave the pitch. They have been royally shafted by the Oystons and I have sympathy with them as I'm sure you will.
