We use it at work to some of our customers, it's seen as step up from 'QR code' use which works in a similar way. It's not a bad way to put video content/links to websites on something small, although not sure it has taken off for the masses as yet.

Don't get the IT speak.
Maybe you can send videos from the match to other phones easier?
Handy to see who really scored the goals and if someone was actually fouled, offside etc.

Got it working on a HTC one.
It has match highlights and interviews. Other things like photos and music etc can be put on.
Also links to squad info, fixtures, club shop and things like twitter, Facebook and you tube.
