Fixtures now online
Fixtures now online
we have just put this seasons full fixture list up online. obviously updated as the season goes and also will have a link to the relevant match reports as the season goes one.
Re: Fixtures now online
How about a column to show how many visiting fans to The Arena / Darlo fans that travel? The figures are usually put up on The Football Forum by a Barnet fan each weekend. Then we could see where we are best supported etc

Why is the match away to Accrington Stanley on a Friday with a 7.45pm kick off?
Re: Fixtures now online
Is there an England match on the Saturday? Even if not, Friday Night matches are quite common.jqm18287 wrote:Why is the match away to Accrington Stanley on a Friday with a 7.45pm kick off?

The capacity exists for this in the database, I just haven't populated it yet. But we will be doing thisquakersam wrote:How about a column to show how many visiting fans to The Arena / Darlo fans that travel? Okay Well, according to the BBC it seems to have been moved to the Friday night, although the Accy Stanley site still have it as a Saturday.
I hope the BBC have just cocked up as I was looking forward to Accrington. Didn't go last season as it was a Tuesday night
There is an England match that week, although it is on the Wednesday night, hmm.

Yes but the Barnet fan relies on somebody from Darlo to come up with the correct figure. You can't just go to that forum and get the away fan figure. The club needs to give the correct figure for us to find out!quakersam wrote:How about a column to show how many visiting fans to The Arena / Darlo fans that travel? It did start doing it a while back then stopped last season.
Re: Fixtures now online
Yeah I noticed that, most clubs have stopped putting the away figures in the programmes for some reason. Managed to get most of them for last season for us

Maybe they had to move it because of a local event on the same weekend? I know Cheltenham's home games sometimes get moved to friday night's when the horse racing is on.
love it! wrote:Considering we are Darlington 1883 I'm happy that we are named correctly
Re: Fixtures now online
thought websites normally got in trouble for posting the fixtures?

Re: Fixtures now online
Each club is allowed to give one fansite the rights to distribute fixtures or something along those lines... As you can see in the bottom right corner, this site has those. Scott rang the club and arranged it with Christine.

Think soctt had to pay a grand total of £1 to be able to publish them
Re: Fixtures now online
after several phonecalls to the football league, the football club and the press association, two faxes and three e-mails later we had received our license for the grand total of £1 +vat !!!!!!!!
