I've just read on the Salford website that some teams have sent letters of complaint to the f a asking for our punishment the be harsher with a 12 point deduction . Has any one heard anything about this

Yes, was in the Non League Paper 3 or 4 weeks ago, and discussed on here at the time

Wouldn't give it a seconds thought, the punishment is down to the league and they won't change it now. The punishment is within the rules of what the FA set out and how the league are allowed to deal with the issue of international clearance.

The non league paper wrote about the other clubs wanting to know the reasons why we were not deducted points. Neither the league or us have to give that info.

So if these other clubs are now asking for our punishment to be stronger ....... they're pathetic.

It seems that this time round, a change of policy has for once been of benefit to us.
