Re: Tonights Games
I see - the British Clown Corporation have given Gloucester an extra goal from somewhere. Their goal difference should be +4.Mr_Tibbs wrote:Who says, the BBC?Darlo_Pete wrote:We drop down to 7th after tonight's games.
We're definitely in 6th.

Re: Tonights Games
I love how people are getting hysterically worked up about the league table after three games.
League position means absolutely nothing at this stage.

God, the BBC are hopeless. Have they got a single table right yet?Mr_Tibbs wrote:I see - the British Clown Corporation have given Gloucester an extra goal from somewhere. Their goal difference should be +4.Mr_Tibbs wrote:Who says, the BBC?Darlo_Pete wrote:We drop down to 7th after tonight's games.

Re: Tonights Games
Even after 4 games of the season, it's looking like this division is going to be really unpredictable.
I know it's been said, but worth reiterating that there will be no gimmies this time around.

I wouldn't get carried away just yet. Someone could win the next 10 games in a row and it will all look very different.dickdarlington wrote:Even after 4 games of the season, it's looking like this division is going to be really unpredictable.

We will be playing at the arena again next season - fact.
Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.

I know, but when someone makes a statement of the obviously not true, its kind of inevitable that the reply will be a statement of the obvious.Spyman wrote:Obvious statement of the year award goes to Yarblockos.

Re: Tonights Games
I don't put any store by the table this early in the season, but it would be nice to know that it's accurate when you do look at it. I've never noticed the BBC being especially poor with this kind of thing in the past, but so far this season as well as not recording our details correctly after Boston and giving an extra goal to Gloucester they've excelled themselves with York tonight. The classified list of results shows 6-1 to Gateshead, but when expanded shows the times for seven Heed goals. The match report talks of 6-1 whilst listing seven goals at the top, but when you hover over YCFC's most recent game in the recent games form indicator at the far right hand side of the league table it shows 7-1.Yarblockos wrote: God, the BBC are hopeless. It'll be a few more weeks yet before the table really sorts itself out, but it's still nice to see us at the right end of it. Good start.

Re: Tonights Games
Must admit I expected us to be more than one point behind top spot after Tuesday's games. Probably couldn't have asked for better results. Though as others have said, it doesn't count for much at this stage.
Re: Tonights Games
I'm really miffed that Salford City are above us in the table.

Re: Tonights Games
Don't go to Gloucester on Saturday, if you're going, like it says on the BBC website. It's on Sunday (as if anyone should really needs reminding by now) and, if you do go, don't go to the wrong ground... not that you ever woul...Darlo_Pete wrote:Yes it was the table on the BBC website.Mr_Tibbs wrote:Who says, the BBC?Darlo_Pete wrote:We drop down to 7th after tonight's games.
