Darlington players in European Cup / Champions League

How many Darlington players went on to play in the European Cup / Champions League?
Obviously Kasper Smeichel, is one.
I know of one other , who was also a goalkeeper!
Can anyone name him and add any other names to the list?

Pruhoe may have sat on Liverpools bench.

And to not anser your direct question. Jepser Hjorth scored in the Bernabeu to knock Madird out of the UEFA cup for Odense.

Did Preece every play in a qualifier for Aberdeen / various Danish teams.

I'm going to go for an outside guess that Burgmeier may have played for Basel in the early stages of the competition when he was there.

The other goalkeeper was in the 1950's!
