Boost the Budget

Post by Darlo_Dan » Thu Jun 15, 2017 6:49 pm

Still need around 40k in 40 or so days. What are the implications of this target not being met? - all monies have to be returned if not 100% achieved. Have we budgeted on us reaching that target?

The money is not returned. The pitch is not set up like that and It raises what it raises. Those of us in it are already paying in on a weekly or monthly basis.

Not sure how they'll return money as they've already taken it if you pledged weekly.

We don't need to raise any more anyway, except for the ground improvements that we need in order to be allowed promotion.

We will be playing at the arena again next season - fact.

Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.

Not sure that will help saying we don't need to raise anymore money, how do you know? is official ? or are you just assuming, players still have to be paid, and if a player becomes available MG wants to sign say in a few months time the money is there.
Help get the club back to Darlo by helping to spread the word about the "Back to Darlo!" fund. The image on the right will be constantly updated with the latest total so please feel free to use the image link below the thermometer on your own signatures, blogs, websites, etc.Image

All I can say to this thread is keep pushing to attain the most money we as fans can collectively put into the playing budget, remember you get what you can afford ,and we may need extra,s throughout the season.
So having a pot of money to dip into would be exceptional.you know we can do it if we all pull together. Onward and upward with Darlington f.c.

We will need to raise money for the foreseeable season after season we can't just stop, it's a never ending cycle we are fan owed if us fans don't keep dipping then we don't have a club..

We need to raise money for ground improvements if we are to progress. That is all.
