Re: Jameson
Can't keep up with the number of threads today, can we just wait for all the news to come out before we make a new thread for every announcement?
Re: Jameson
Jameson has signed for Blyth.
Re: Jameson
Undisclosed fee also according to Blyth.

Re: Jameson
Pete showed fantastic form in 2014 & 2015, and that performance against Spennymoor on Bonfire Night in 2014 was the best performance I've seen from a Darlington keeper to date.
Since the NPL title-winning season he's not really kicked on in the way I would have hoped. Seems to have lost that agility we all saw when we first signed him.
He's still a good goalkeeper at this level, and an excellent one in the leagues below. At 24 he has his best years ahead of him and may well play higher than the NLN.

Re: Jameson
Jameson served us well for a few seasons. Sad more people haven't thought to thank him for his contribution to where we are now, and wish him well for the future, rather than stating we have better now. Time might tell.
Re: Jameson
Peter was frustrated at not getting many first team games in,he wants to play every week as much as possible,he is a very good keeper good luck to him he did a great job for us over the last few years.

Re: Jameson
Pete has been great for us over the last 3 or 4 years but we are at a totally different level now, MG recognises this and players will now come and go as a result. But Bartlett and Ed ARE better keepers, what is wrong in that statement?.HarryCharltonsCat wrote:Jameson served us well for a few seasons. Re: Jameson
Pete was a good keeper who lost his confidence and I'm sure he will prove the doubters wrong. Wish he gone to a different club not in our league, no doubt he'll put in a blinder when Blyth play us and keep us out single handed!
