The point is he must have given up trying to get Raj Singh and the Yarm consortium into the club through the back door.

Does seem to completely conflict the comments you have been making on here recently...almost as if you were just making things up?roadrunner wrote:The point is he must have given up trying to get Raj Singh and the Yarm consortium into the club through the back door.
How can you have access to a story headlined with a man's name and still spell it wrong? It is unbounded ignorance or stupidity.spen666 wrote:Story on BBC at http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40996971

Interesting, the man who seems to know everything from an unknown source and our legal guru working in tandem.

If you got yourself down to the game instead of listening to the match on the radio you might see the bigger picturelo36789 wrote:Does seem to completely conflict the comments you have been making on here recently...almost as if you were just making things up?roadrunner wrote:The point is he must have given up trying to get Raj Singh and the Yarm consortium into the club through the back door.

My point is that the person named in the title has accepted the role described in the title at the football club named in the title.AndyPark wrote:What's your point?

oh right.roadrunner wrote:If you got yourself down to the game instead of listening to the match on the radio you might see the bigger picture
So because I am involved in the game so cannot be available to watch football (never mind get to Darlington from Liverpool every fortnight to make some use of my season ticket) and don't hear rumours on the terraces I can't challenge you on saying that Steve McClaren had invested in the club and was pulling together a takeover bid when news breaks that he has taken a job in Israel.
Re: Steve McLaren Accepts Consultant Role at Macabi Tel Aviv
it doesn't necessarily rule out Steve McClaren still being involved with us in some sort of capacity. He won't be in Israel full time so there is nothing to stop him helping us out, which has factually been the case right through pre season to date.
