Appointing Alan White with no managerial experience would be pretty risky.

Not trying to be a pedant but Gray had three separate spells as a caretaker manager, two full time roles as an assistant manager in the football league, and several years coaching full time in his academy before we hired him.Spyman wrote:We appointed Gray with no managerial experience, didn't we?Darlo_Pete wrote:Appointing Alan White with no managerial experience would be pretty risky.

Re: change of colour
White would be far riskier than when we appointed Gray.
Re: change of colour
Gray had enough trouble keeping his opinions of the ref to himself, can't see White being so reserved - would have spent a lot of time watching from the stands
