I'll see if it's deleted again now Gray has gone.

Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.

John Tempest and DFCSG.
We can all vote in November if we want him to stay, well if he still wants to.
Whatever happens John Tempest needs some support.

I'm not convinced it was as black and white as that, but if that's all we're getting so be it.

You are not alone with that question, Spyman.

Well Gray will have recommended him to have a chat to John Tempest and being the only one left with everything to do, I can imagine it wouldn't take much convincing to accept someone who is offering to help and they have a Business background.Spyman wrote:John Tempest and the Supporters Group have my support, 100%.super_les_mcjannet wrote:John Tempest and DFCSG.

Other than his relationship with Gray which puts everything in question, we need people to run the club. We are fasting running out of willing people, hoping the acceptance of a club growing rather than throwing everything at the budget makes running the club easier from the board point of view.

Think people are there, might have to accept some working from a distance.super_les_mcjannet wrote:Well Gray will have recommended him to have a chat to John Tempest and being the only one left with everything to do, I can imagine it wouldn't take much convincing to accept someone who is offering to help and they have a Business background.Spyman wrote:John Tempest and the Supporters Group have my support, 100%.super_les_mcjannet wrote:John Tempest and DFCSG.

Gray was obviously a strong character ( that is not always a good thing ) and now hes gone I would hope it will be easier at board level.
I remember when he called us a joke club. I couldnt help but think about the impact that must have had on the club volunteers such as Quaker Retail, what a s*** thing to say. Shows a flaw in someones make up or at best their leadership skills.

A point well made Spyman. Would echo that John Tempest deserves our full support.
The relationship with MGFA needs now to be made fully transparent and if conflict of interests exist these need to be removed. Potentialliy an issue for York as well as DFC, possibly the FA too.

David Johnson certainly has a credible background and experience. However, given that he seems to have attracted no new businesses to invest, no new sponsors, and nobody willing to buy a pitch side hoarding, I've yet to be convinced. It's possible that his plan to bring in new businesses and investors may have just been business speak for "I know Raj Singh and Steve MacLaren".
