Attendance tomorrow.....
Hoping for a decent gate for tomorrow nights game. I'm bringing 3 lads from work who don't normally attend our games so hoping a few others are doing likewise. Also Harrogate should surely bring a few so should be a decent atmosphere.
What are peoples expectations on the crowd? I think anything over 1000 would be decent enough and achievable with reduced admission. Thoughts anyone?

Re: Attendance tomorrow.....
Probably 800/900
Re: Attendance tomorrow.....
Reckon we might just squeak over 1,000. We had 750 last season and this year the tie is a little more appealing and may bring 50 or so more opposition fans whilst the Friday night kick off may tempt those who work on a Saturday
Not forgetting it's a tenner or less to get in and we'll have a new striker on show.

And Harrogate have signed three loan players, including another striker, ahead of the game. Must have a decent sized squad now those posh money-bags.
Re: Attendance tomorrow.....
Two of their players who were on loan have returned to their clubs and they've also just loaned someone out so its three in, three out.LoidLucan wrote:And Harrogate have signed three loan players, including another striker, ahead of the game. I'd be amazed if we break a 1000, around 800 for me.

Re: Attendance tomorrow.....
Would love to come up for this, match then a night on the piss in Darlo but just cant justify it (Happy Police) with Christmas around the corner. 1000 would be good.
Re: Attendance tomorrow.....
I can't make this Friday either as already double booked (could have made Saturday), I put my £10 in the bucket at the AGM instead - but would rather have been there. Given the way they played the other day and new forward I am quite optimistic.

Much the same thing I remember thinking as the cross came in for Tommy, minutes from the end of the 90....QuakerPete wrote:I keep thinking every time, please don't miss that header!!!Neil_Heaneys_Pace wrote:i never get tired of TW last contribution in this comp for darlo.

Re: Attendance tomorrow.....
Harrogate were pretty well supported, they must have brought around 150 fans. Didn't expect over a 1000 on Friday evening.
Re: Attendance tomorrow.....
Friday nights are usually well attended I thought? To the point that clubs like Accrington Stanley purposely look to move fixtures to a Friday rather than a Saturday.
Re: Attendance tomorrow.....
I think we had the second highest attendance of the round, behind Stockport. It was a bigger attendance than that huge club in Yorkshire that Gray joined.
