Been a Premiership (or top division) game in which both sides had an ex-Darlo player playing?

Pickford and Schmeichel keeping goal for opposing sides this afternoon.

Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.

possibly haha what a stat to try and prove though!

- Did Dan Burn ever face Kyle Lafferty (Fulham v Norwich?)
- Did Oliver Bernard ever face Robbie Blake (Newcastle v Bradford potentially!?

Gary Pallister v Matty Appleby as well would be another guess (Man U v Barnsley in 1997/98)?

Wow my last guess was correct. Sunday 15th February Man U 1-1 Barnsley. Pallister started and Appleby came on as a sub.

I think it's probably more common than you'd think - in fact it's already happened at least once this season when huddersfield (ft. Jonathan hogg) played schmeichel's Leicester.

Then there's the likes of Stockdale, burn, David wheater, Danny Graham...

Actually that's all the examples I can think of.

Borer v Wigan, Matthew Bates played for Borer and Mike Pollitt was in goal for Wigan.

Wigan won 3-2.

Pallister & Appleby were both centre backs weren't they?

My memory of Sir Matty was full back or sweeper although his Wiki says he was a midfielder

Yeh second time around he played central midfield for us. First time I think as a sweeper in the middle of a back three.

5th May 2001, Bradford (Blake) v Boro (Windass).
It does quite work cos Deano wasn’t ex Darlo at the time.

I did find a Premier League game awhile ago that had five ex Darlo in the game but I’ve forgotten which one!!!!

4th December 1999

Robbie Blake and Deano for Bradford; Fleming and Stamp for Boro plus Maddo who came on as sub for Fleming.

Oh, so one ex-Darlo player.

Not such a great bit of trivia.
