You wished innocent people would be killed and maimed in a terrorist atrocity so you'd your holiday moved.

If we're talking about feeling "disgusted" I know which is worse.

You have a child don't you?

Next time you're in a shop or restaurant, if someone came up and shouted abuse at them, and then tried to pass it off as "banter" and "creating an atmosphere", you'd go spare at them.

So why do you think it's acceptable at a football match?

I can’t even be arsed to carry on with this argument, if you have an issue with what people say and sing at games. Then feel free to come and discuss it with myself or the others you have a problem with.

Fixed that for you, Andy.

Cute.

Again, feel free to message me privately or see me at a game?! Pretty sure everyone knows who I am. You’ll find me in the Tin Shed or in the bar.

Why can't you justify it on here?

Because there is no justification and Andy knows it. Notice his deflections and refusal to to defend himself.

But he's also too much of a coward to challenge those around him or come out and admit what he's doing wouldn't be accepted anywhere else.

Indeed - simple minded children who think they are funny acting up to their mates.

Although I have only been to 4 or 5 away games this year so may have just been unlucky. Boston was bad where they were abusing the mascot and helpers ,calling them paedos as they led a group of small children around the field. Classy.

pack it in.

That sorry thing is, they're not children. In fact some of them have children of their own.

Feel free to discuss it in person... I’ll even come on my own without the protection of my “gang”. Tit.

Cheers - will do. I am not able to go very often so it will have to be at the end of January. Can it wait till then? Might be Gainsborough but I cant promise. Depends on work and cash flow.

I know it is all "bantz" but can we try and cut out the mindless silliness? Get behind the lads by all means but is it really necessary to call a bloke in a bird outfit a paedo in the presence of a group of 5/6 year olds? Is that really needed? How is that supporting da ladz?

As I’ve stated in previous posts, I draw the line at s*** like that as it’s uncalled for and unnecessary.

But I won’t be slated by people on here for creating an atmosphere at games.

Nobody is slating anybody for creating an atmosphere, but the two things are separate.

Support the team and sing some songs by all means but shouting unfounded abuse at people for no reason is not creating an atmosphere - at least not a positive or enjoyable one.

So Andy and Tim if you're part of this group and think this is out of order how about trying to stop it? No-one is suggesting it's wrong to create an atmosphere but this paedo nonsense is clearly unacceptable and needs ending now.

You think we haven't said it is OTT already, we can't stop what people sing or say can we? Full grown men who certainly won't listen will they?

No I don't think you will have. I think you either keep quiet or join in.
