Just watched the post match interview with TW .Friendly,informative and fairly lengthy.
Absolute opposite to Grays smacked arse demeanour whether we won drew or lost.

I think I stand with Gramps on a previous thread about Wright in that he wasn't my first choice and he will have to prove himself to get results (same as any manager), and saying the right thing is great but means nothing if you can't back it up with results.

However all that said, I do very much want Wright to be successful and in regards to his demeanour and how he holds interviews it's light years away from Gray. Seems very engaging, thoughtful and makes very good points during the interviews, certainly seems Ray enjoys the more and they don't seem to be cut short.

A very likeable bloke and I really hope he gets the results and is a success at the club.
