Not at the game, but from radio commentary Caton did not seem to make the real difference. Will reserve judgement until I see the highlights on YouTube, but for all our sakes, hope Caton and the team have turned the corner and go on to save the season
You weren’t at the game but make a comment anyway! I was at the game and he did make a difference. Give the lad some credit when it is due!
Didn't realise that it was mandatory to attend before any comment could be posted.
Having now seen the highlights, Caton was almost unrecognisable from the benchwarmer we have seen (and I was there as season ticket holder) in past games, apart from his gloves. It was good to see him taking on defenders at pace, creating great chances and putting shots in on target. Would have boosted his confidence if one of his shots had gone in, but credit where credit due, he helped turn the game.
As TW said (in his video interview - I wasn't actually present but still feel qualified to post a comment), "that has got a monkey off our backs". Hopefully, Caton will continue to improve and contribute to the team so we can finish the season at least mid-table.
Brown is a major concern and TW did well to change things around. Can't question Brown's commitment but there is about his temperament when he feels aggrieved.
