Telford have released him, should be a good signing for someone , would TW be interested in him, I would give him a go till the end of the season, pretty sure we still need a backup for Styche.

Budget problems apparently, so imagine they couldn't afford him.

4 goals in 7 games for them. Not a bad return.

Watch his goal for Wolves against Charlton in May 17 (YouTube his name) only 10 months ago , It’s a thing of football beauty.

OK, I must admit I know fuck all about league players these days.

It's been a long time hasn't it, and I have no interest in any football other than the level we are at.

Looking at his record I can see he's played most of his career in the Championship with spells in the Premier League and League 1 - and has a good goal scoring record. Still only 31 as well. With that sort of quality he probably won't find it too hard to find a local club without having to travel all the way to Darlo.

In fact I wonder if he was one of the strikers who Tommy missed out on last week?

Wikipedia says he hasn't played for Wolves since 2013?

Ah you are probably right, I used the date on the bottom of the YouTube clip still a cracking gaol though.

I did wonder about him to be honest, would like to know more why Telford released him and signed another striker. I know they said budget but releasing a striker who has scored 4 in 7 when you are in the bottom 3 is a strange one.

Can't see him joining us but wonder if we have any interest at all.

Would not be at all surprised if Telford ended up in administration again this year.

Yeah he left in 2013. Plus Charlton were in League One last season, so couldn't have played Wolves

That would have been one hell of a drop though.

From Wolves to being released by Telford in nine months.

A guy I play football with 'knows' him, as in they went to school together or something like that, and he said he recently bumped into him on a night out.

Basically he's made his money and doesn't really care about playing football anymore was I think what he said.

We will be playing at the arena again next season - fact.

Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.

May be true, but if you didn't really care about playing anymore, i'm not sure why you'd be turning out for Telford. 4 goals in 7 games in a terrible side isn't too bad.

I don't think he'll end up here, but it's certainly a weird one. I'd rather he didn't end up with a rival down near the bottom of the table anyway.
