Please txt Terry Black on 07588535614 or email tblack.dfcsg@yahoo.com if you can come along to Blackwell Meadows to assist.
Thanks ^SF

And they will be miles and miles out.

Watched weather models for years, looked at the forums with all of the amateur weathermen posting - or should I say amateur dramatics society - and nothing ever, ever, EVER comes to pass as people expect.

I don't bother anymore and have lost all interest. I just check the Met Office short range forecast when I want to know the weather.
There is a forecasted area of low pressure to move up from the south next Friday producing significant snow. Cumulative amounts next week could be 30cm+
Next Friday? Might as well be next year considering the accuracy of the models that far out. The event will be downgraded 280 billion times between now and then, and when it happens it will either miss the UK completely or be a band of light drizzle
No amount of covers or 4g pitches will make a difference.

Hope I'm wrong though
;)

I think the weather forecasts have recently become a lot more sophisticated and accurate, even many days weather. Ignore warnings at your peril.

I repeat, if I want to know the weather, I just look at the Met Office short range forecast.

Nothing else comes close for accuracy. Once you're past 48-72 hours forecasts lose their accuracy and become a rough guide only.

Why is it not just a cold snap anymore. It always seems to be the Beast from the East, Snowmageddon, a Snowbomb or a Polar Vortex whatever the hell that is. If we get 30cm of snow I'll bare my freezing arse in Binns window... well maybe

I've given up on the so called forecasters. I quite often look outside and it's raining but the forecast says dry or they say dry and it's tipping it down! The pine cone works best.

Is the new stand completed, as they did say they were trying to get the stand finished for the Kidderminster game?

Won't be available for tomorrow as they need a safety certificate from the council but should be OK for Curzon.

There’ll be a hell of a clamour for them once this winter is over. Proper bathers.

Hope the 'remedial' work doesn't cost us too much money (if it's the clubs fault and not the construction firm's fault)
