7 points behind 2 games in hand?

Brings some excitement and meaning to our last 4 games.

Sadly this can't happen now, at least we'll have the satisfaction of playing York again next season, even though Gray is very unlikely to be still in charge of them.

York can still make the playoffs - unless Spennymoor win tonight.

Be nice to play York again next season - always a good away day, decent crowd and atmosphere. And add in it'll be their last season at Bootham Crescent too

They need a lot of results to get into the play-offs and I just can't see it happening. If in the unlikely event that did they qualify I'm sure they'd fall well short of going up.

I completely agree they're highly unlikley to be promoted, I was just pointing out there is a chance we don't play York next season

Allegedly.

Apparently McGill's deadline for bids is on Monday, the ownership situation there could have a baring on whether or not they move to Monk's Cross.

They need to move otherwise McGill is owed best part of £4m that he "loaned" the club so the only way he will get that if they don't move if to foreclose on the club and sell the ground anyway.
