The guy has got no excuses left - he's blamed the players that he didn't sign or he inherited.

I can't see Dave Penney having a future at the club - I can't help but thinking having Penney there undermines the manager - we know how Gray works - its his way or no way.

Be interesting to see if the squad of 18 can reach the play-offs when they had 24 this season. Parkin is 37 in December so they'd better get a shift on!
