Early doors head vs heart predictions
Now that we've had a glimpse of how things are going to be this season, where do you reckon we'll finish?
Heart: based purely on Brackey, Styche, Ainge and Tommo will chew up defences on a regular basis and we'll be consistently in the playoff spots.
Head: Right in the middle of mid-table with the occasional burst of form making playoffs look a possibility but with the doom-mongers predicting relegation after every run of 3 winless games.

I don't see any reason why we can't make at least the play-offs, as it would appear there are no standout teams this year.

Heart and head is roughly in the same place; I think we'll sneak just into the playoffs.

A good team can play badly, but a bad team can't play good. No reason to be negative after Saturday's performance.HarrytheQuaker wrote:And you can tell after 3 gamesDarlo_Pete wrote:I don't see any reason why we can't make at least the play-offs, as it would appear there are no standout teams this year.

As my name is in this thread's title I reckon between 3rd and 6th. I base this purely on our strike force and the current good feeling among the team.

Too early to predict.

Bloody hell Pete. That's profound, but bang on. That's up Billy Shankly's street.Darlo_Pete wrote:A good team can play badly, but a bad team can't play good. We will be playing at the arena again next season - fact.
Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.

I predict 1-0 to Hearts.
Re: Early doors head vs heart predictions
I have the same opinion as Pete. There are no great teams in this league. Anyone of 19/20 teams could conceivably be in the playoffs at the end of the year. Our strike force, should enable us to be at the top end
