An overlooked topic from the Southport game
I MUCH prefer the kit in mainly white.

.......................but come the winter white is not a great colour! Or we could do as the England Rugby team did under Clive Woodward and change into clean kit at half time? We could then become World Champions.tdk1 wrote:I MUCH prefer the kit in mainly white.

The back of the shirt was white on Saturday as well which it isn't normally. I vote to make this change permanent.

Yes it is. It was only the waist down that was different.tdk1 wrote:The back of the shirt was white on Saturday as well which it isn't normally. I vote to make this change permanent.
Had the sleeves on this season's kit been white, it would have balanced the kit far better with the black shorts. As it is, the bolder colour does overpower.
I want hoops on the back again though. If the Geordies can get away with stripes again, why can't we?
