I sent an email via link and this is reply/advice I received

Contact by email not twitter and general contact link is best as accessed by more than one person although Neil tries to read/respond daily.
Otherwise contact can be made via fans table on match days, Quaker Retail or snail mail

More than 1 person has mentioned your problem to him but he was unsure whether you had already responded to Coles or to the DFCSG posting on other thread.

Not had time to respond yet but thanks to everyone who has helped on here.
