Officially safe
Officially safe
(due to Ashtons horrific goal difference)
Re: Officially safe
No we're not. Ashton can get to 45.

Serves me right trying to figure it out from out of date google tables...

Re: Officially safe
Well almost safe is good enough for me.
Re: Officially safe
I mean, we only need Ashton to slip up once. It will happen, and even if it doesn't, they're more likely to overtake Guiseley anyway.
Re: Officially safe
For us to go down Ashton have to win every one of their last four games (Guiseley a, Chester h, Boston a, Altrincham h) and hope we don't get one more win; or win three and draw one, needing us not to take one more point, and make up a GD difference of 31 goals; or FCUM have to win every one of their last four games (Kidd h, Alfreton a, Blyth h, Brackley a), hope we don't take one more point, and they'd still need to make up a GD difference of 23 goals.
Funny old game and all that, but I can't see any of those scenarios panning out.
Re: Officially safe
Exactly what i meant, but poorly phrased. Had a bit of a mare with the entire thread, to be honest.
Either way, I think we can all relax, and try and hope for some positives in the next few games.

Re: Officially safe
Nah, I knew what you meant was just fleshing things out with how unlikely certain scenarios are (jeez, there's a comment just waiting to come back and bite me).
