Hardy is hardly likely to be on a much money though, so it may not cost huge money to buy him out. He may also have clauses in his contract.

Hardy wouldn’t have been the right appointment last time and he’s done nothing since to suggest otherwise - in fact the opposite. We can put a line thru that one.

In that case we can definitely rule Swailesy out then
