Interesting read - Twynham appears to have a bit of an inflated opinion of how good he was. I don’t remember him getting MoTM every week. There was the odd decent goal but I remember him more for some of his severe challenges on opposing players and getting sent off

I agree Nimrod. I seem to remember him picking up more yellow cards/red mist dropping than motm awards.
If he couldn't set us alight in the fourth division what hope did he have with Man Utd?

Hmmm - I don’t remember the MOTM performances either. I also had no expectation whatsoever that’d he leave us for a ‘bigger’ club - Gregan and Blake yes.
