Mystery woman

Post by Mister e » Fri Jun 21, 2019 2:12 pm

Did anybody ever find out who the mystery female applicant was who impressed in our management interviews. I wonder if she's actually out on international duty at the women's world cup at the moment. I also seem to recall David Johnson saying she impressed him so much he would consider her for a future position i.e wonder if she is one of the people being considered for our academy role.

I thought we had a female applicant but I can't remember him saying she was interviewed

I have been enjoying watching England's girls perform Karen Bardsley pulled off a superb save against Japan which made me think is that not the exact corner spennymoor towns equaliser went in last season when our then custodian made no attempt to get across. I don't think the womens game can be classed has a joke anymore some of these girls are technically gifted and committed to the cause which is more than can be said for some of our squad last season.

I posted a name as a wild guess, but decided very quickly to delete it as it's unfair on the lady & will only provoke antagonism between people

I still think she's Anna Soubry - out of work soon, track record of putting the wind up people. If it doesn't work out with Armstrong she could be the answer.
