Incoming from a Championship club on loan according to the Echo. Trained last night and will be involved tomorrow.

Joe Wheatley is also returning from injury and will play part of our U23’s game against Richmond Town.

Great news all-round.

Both good bits of news.

Any rumors on who the striker might be? Got a feeling it will be Tyronne O'Neil from Boro. Was at Pools on loan for a while last year I think.

Rudy Gestede? They’re not big fans of him so why not try.
Waiting for Raj to shaft them!

Aye, let’s cover his 40k a week wages as well lads

I had a look at their youths the other week when this rumour broke and came to the same conclusion. O’Neil is the only realistic candidate.

Aaaand it’s done. Until the end of December.

Great stuff. If Holness and Bascome sign, I reckon we are about done.

Good news, up to a point (in December) and hopefully he can lead the line as well as Andrew Nelson did for a short time last season. Only trouble was that team performance suffered when he left. Would have been good to get a permanent signing done, but at least AA is getting time to bring in his own players unlike Steve Bruce ;)

My guess is Armstrong will want another winger/forward, and another midfielder and that’ll be it.
