Come on now FA, reward with the best tie possible in the First Round...would love Sunderland home or away, preferably away, and get on the Telly-Box

Easy win in the end and should’ve been more but for some (about 5) great saves by their keeper.

Were made to work hard in the first 25 mins and a good penalty save too.

Don’t think Liam Connell would describe it as a missed pen.Brilliant double save.

Anyone calling for Sunderland away or Hartlepool away (did they get through, I haven't checked?) is short sighted.

The OBVIOUS best thing for us is the easiest possible home tie in round 1 because there is £36,000 on it. And we're due a home tie.

Then if we get through round 1 - same again please in round 2 - easiest possible home tie, and there is £54,000 on it.

Then Man U or Newcastle or Sunderland or Middlesbrough away in round 3 - cut of a huge gate will be the icing on the cake.

I cannot understand how anyone would want anything else to happen.

Easiest possible tie at home.

Like Ghost said, let’s try and aim for the third round and a proper massive away tie.

If we get a bye, do we get the £36,000 prize money?

Sunderland away please. We get a split of the ticket money, let’s say 25,000 at £10 a pop, we’d be £125,000 richer!

Yes.
In that case, a bye in round 1 and play our league game whilst banking the prize money - followed by the easiest possible home tie in round 2, and Man U away in the 3rd round.

Yes, so this would be the best tie in the next round.

No season ticket holders will miss out on a potential glamour tie so what’s the problem?

I don’t see any reason for such a negative comment on a day like this.

You think there would be a massive crowd away at Boro? Blunderland may get 15,000 against us but I doubt Boro would top 10-12,000.

Shut up you bizarre little twerp.

You’re the first to say we should “All stick together, onwards and and upwards” and all that headbanging guff.

Then when something does happen which might attract new supporters, you’re having a pop at them already.

If they turn up, put money in our pocket and maybe even return, that’ll do for me.

We’ve just won through to the 1st round for the first time in nearly a decade, put in an excellent, competent performance, won a 5th game in a row and still someone finds a way to complain.

Just be happy at a good day for the club.

Professional and largely controlled performance today. Tamworth looked dangerous in the first half and the great penalty save was pivotal to the outcome. Job well done by all the lads and AA.

Joe Wheatley's headed clearance off the line was indeed quite amazing.

One player who hasn't had a mention and played in our five victories is Holness. The three in the middle have given us that bit of solidity and appear to complement each other.

Considering you’re all about the positivity, you’ve had a pop at any new supporters (glory hunters as you call them) and now you’re throwing the insults at me.

Like I say, today’s a good day. No need for you to be negative towards anyone.

If we get a big home game then the Arena should be considered if possible. I’m talking Sunderland or Hartlepool level.
