Is now dead in the water. In terms of getting a new stadium this is not great news I’m afraid.

Re: Sporting Village
If Mowden go bust there's a stadium we can probably buy for a quid! Not that we could realistically afford to run it.
It might get demolished and we might be able to use some of the land, you never know. Anyone got a spare £10 million?

Re: Sporting Village
RS has always had an eye on that land and has even loaned money to MP in the past.

I just wonder if this is the opportunity Raj has been waiting for with the SV a thing of the past, rather than propping up Poolies with nothing to show for it.MPRC did state they had another option to look at.LoidLucan wrote:RS has always had an eye on that land and has even loaned money to MP in the past.

Let them demolish 3 sides then ask them to leave the Main Stand up.Ghost_Of_1883 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 09, 2020 9:15 amIf Mowden go bust there's a stadium we can probably buy for a quid! Not that we could realistically afford to run it.

Then transfer the Tin Shed behind one goal and the seated stand at BM behind the other. Oh and leave the toilet blocks up.
Re: Sporting Village
If we did get the Arena, let's arrange a friendly with Poolie and let them demolish it for us. Oh and we don't want toilets that block up
