Anyone know how or where do I join. I have tried via twitter, Halifax say the name does not match the account. I tried emailing Andy with the link on the Darlington web page and it bounced back.

The correct title of The bank account is Darlington FC Supporters Group.
Banks have put in an extra security level where it checks the name of the account details you submit.
If anyone has any issues at all, use the correct bank title as above.

It shouldn't block it by the way it should just warn you it doesn't match but you should still be able to pay...

Not for today's draw, you've missed it. For future reference, just copy down the account details from the club website & take them into your bank branch They can pay it from your account. Don't forget to use a unique reference (your name & 50/50).

Thanks to everyone for the advice. you must use the DFCSG in FULL, i.e. Darlington football club supporters group OR Darlington F C supporters group.
The email problem was me, copying and pasting incorrectly.
