C'mon Darlo Face Masks
Looks like Boris has made up his mind and from 24th July we'll all have to wear a face covering in shops. So if it's compulsory I thought I'd make a statement and have created a couple of personalised ones from Snapfish. One is a 'C'mon Darlo design. If anyone else wishes to order their own I'm including a link to an image that can be dropped straight onto their designing template and an order placed. Normal price is £9.99 + postage but there's currently an offer code that gets 40% off. It's SFA106. So 2 masks work out at less than £14. The masks are reusable, washable and include 2 carbon filters. Hope some find this useful!

Sorry - didn't check before doing my design but on looking just now I wouldn't have bought a black one anyway. Just not me!Footifanreturns wrote: ↑Mon Jul 13, 2020 11:44 pmThe club shop is where I bought mine, unless money from these sales are going to the club I will not buy

I thought the man in the black mask was the Loan Arranger

If crowds do return to football in the short term it looks as though we will be wearing face masks - I don't mind so long as it returns

Got my face masks from the club shop and they are excellent quality.
Plus the money goes directly to the football club, so it's a simple choice

Buying from QR helps fund club and team so have you checked? It is only online at present but you mentioned shirts previously. They are on view at my sportswear if you still need to check sizes

Thanks, I'll order from the club shop, I didn't realise the club was selling masks until I'd posted my message above, thanks.Maurice_Peddelty wrote: ↑Tue Jul 14, 2020 9:07 amBuying from QR helps fund club and team so have you checked? Re: C'mon Darlo Face Masks
I believe the club shop are out of stock, as per a message on social media before.
Thankfully I bought some masks before this disorganised late announcement nonsense. It’s going to be a nightmare getting hold of them. I doubt the club had that many to begin with.

Re: C'mon Darlo Face Masks
I've just ordered one & there was no indication that they were out of stock. They should really have some way of telling people they were out of stock before you ordered one, as a good few of our fans won't be reading their social media.

In stock on Friday
Re: C'mon Darlo Face Masks
I went on last night and it actually said out of stock. This seems to have been replaced now saying there are 21 - I assume that this is the batch expected to be received on 17th July (which again is clearly stated under the product)Darlo_Pete wrote: ↑Tue Jul 14, 2020 9:56 amI've just ordered one & there was no indication that they were out of stock. Got mine a few days ago, good quality.

They must have seen you coming at them prices. Total rip off.Lincolnshire_Quaker wrote: ↑Mon Jul 13, 2020 11:14 pmLooks like Boris has made up his mind and from 24th July we'll all have to wear a face covering in shops. The club shop will also have another batch of snoods available very soon, these make ideal face masks.

Just ordered a two pack. I'm sure I'll get some strange looks in the local Tesco. Reminded me to order a polo shirt too.

They'll probably not even know who Darlington is, they'll think it's some company, haha.don'tbuythesun wrote: ↑Tue Jul 14, 2020 3:25 pmJust ordered a two pack. I'm sure I'll get some strange looks in the local Tesco. Reminded me to order a polo shirt too.

Re: C'mon Darlo Face Masks
At full price I'd agree with you but with the discount code and taking all postage costs into account they are actually cheaper than ordering from QR, plus the added bonus of designing exactly what I wanted. I take all points about sales not directly benefiting the club but I've put very well into all the pots toward keeping the club going since reincarnation and will continue to do so in other ways, so no guilt trip

Re: C'mon Darlo Face Masks
Well our club ones (and all the profit will be ours) are £6.50 each if you get a two pack. I'd like a six pack too but that won't happen!

Re: C'mon Darlo Face Masks
Pete, we speak loud and proud about Darlington over here. All my mates check the results and I reckon at least 30 family and friends have been to games with us over the years. Some funny looks in the local on our way home from games though.
