The only signings Gowling has made that look anything decent were in the squad yesterday. Mind you I’d have had Nelson on ahead of Simms who looks out of his depth and should really have got two goals after coming one but fluffed his lines.
Still it’s 3 points and I hope Gowling learns from this.
Totally agree regarding Nelson, really hope Gowling isn't trying to move him on as he has to play ahead of Simms all day long. Also Sukar has to be on the bench as cover for LB and CB. Both players still have a future at the club imo and need to stay.

Well if the rumors are true, Sukar and possibly Nelson are both “available” should other clubs show an interest.
One rumour I did hear was Sukar and another player who played yesterday were offered to Marske in a swap deal for Nathan Thomas. Whether that’s true or not I don’t know.

So how’s he managed to twist your words by asking you a question?
Because he is saying that, as I know about the players being offered to other clubs, that I must have been copied in to the communication, which is nonsense.
I obviously wouldn’t be copied in to anything, but that isn’t to say I’m not informed on what is going on.
It is totally your prerogative whether you want to believe me or not.
This is like Groundhog Day. So although the list is a privately circulated you claim to have been informed of who's on it?

Yes. I am not sure why this is such a difficult concept?

My problem is that you constantly spread information that is potentially damaging to Gowling’s reputation and portray them as facts. Then when asked to clarify how you know such things, you at first got defensive and then later admitted it was just something you’d heard from an individual who isn’t even involved with the club. There is of course a place for rumours on an unofficial forum but I wish you’d make the distinction between something you’ve heard and facts. Just saying, well you don’t have to believe it isn’t good enough. Nobody thinks you’re just making it up.

This is a forum, where people write on here their thoughts, opinions and - on occasions - what they are told about & what they know.
The persistent requests for proof is jarring; like I am ever going to reveal who has told me this information.
And this goes back to my original point, in the absence of absolute concrete certainty, you can choose to not believe me, and that is fine, I am just relaying the information on here, a forum.

I’m referring to comments such as “he’s chucked a third of the squad on the transfer list”.

You’re not an official club spokesman 97 - and just because you say “trust me, trust that I have inside info” doesn’t mean to say that you do have inside info, and doesn’t mean to that say people will just accept what you write as gospel. Especially when you push an anti Gowling agenda.

If I was Taylor, I’d be probably more unhappy at Gowling trying to sign Whitley after dropping him for Robson than Darlofan97 writing about it.
This is so far of a reach it is unreal.

When it comes to these people who claim to be "ITK" I always take anything I read on here or elsewhere with a pinch of salt, and before I carry on no, this is not a personal attack on anybody. We have already seen claims of a loan from the council dismissed as nonsense and then just a couple of days ago we had a thread on here stating, with some authority, that we were signing Ryan Whitley from York who a short time later joined Scarborough.
Rumours and conjecture are a natural part of Football, but as with anything unless it has come from the club directly I won't pay any mind to it, that bloke your dad knows at the pub who knows a bloke who's mates with someone on the board might be telling the truth, but second and third hand information is usually unreliable.
Also DarloFan97, with respect, if you or someone you know access to a private document that was not meant for your eyes then you should keep quiet, as that would suggest someone who is connected to the club is leaking information and should not be in a position of trust. No matter how credible your sources may be you are not helping the club, or indeed yourself by openly stating you have had access to private information and then proceeding to share it publically, it was private for a reason.
I'm sure if any players move on we will be informed through the proper channels.

Hmmm. I can’t see the funny side of your reply tbh!
You like to big yourself up by making out you have privileged information whilst simultaneously pushing an anti Gowling line.
It’s a bad combination and personally I take what you write with pinch of salt.

No problem at all with anyone who is calling for Gowling to be sacked. Everyone has the right to an opinion, even if I think it’s a ridiculous one after just a few weeks.

Tell me you haven’t read any of my posts, without telling me you haven’t actually read my posts.
I never said I have access to a private document, and I never said somebody from the club was leaking it either?
To be honest, this thread is being a bit ridiculous; my words being twisted incredibly (from you have access to confidential info, tarnishing Gowling’s reputation, upsetting Tommy etc).
I said what I said. Several players were offered to other clubs.

I'm sure if any players move on we will be informed through the proper channels.
Several players were offered to other clubs.
I tried my best

Oh, and by the way, CrazyDarlo, the title of this thread is Gowling out.
I have never once called for Gowling to be sacked.
If you wish to call me out for upsetting people on this forum, then you’ll have a long list of others to correct too.
No problem at all with anyone who is calling for Gowling to be sacked. Everyone has the right to an opinion, even if I think it’s a ridiculous one after just a few weeks.
So….wait….
You don’t mind it when people call for somebody to lose their job, but Darlofan97 saying that Gowling has tried to replace Taylor twice is not okay as it would make Taylor not very happy?
Is that where we draw the line?

97 let’s get this right. You know private club stuff, nobody official from the club has told you about it and you haven’t seen any paperwork at all which give you this info.
Do you live in the dustbin outside D.J’s house?
Are you a mindreader?
Oh Blackwell Meadows clock - You are a waste of time
If kick off time is three PM - You’ll read five past nine

No, I just know coaches & scouts at this level.
And I don’t know, “private club stuff”, I just know which players we offered to other clubs. It’s not classified.

Do you not understand the difference between an opinion and a portrayed fact?

This is like Groundhog Day. So although the list is a
privately circulated you claim to have been informed of who's on it?
Yes. I am not sure why this is such a difficult concept?

Tell me you haven’t read any of my posts, without telling me you haven’t actually read my posts.
The irony! Have you read your posts?
I never said you said anything about having access to a private document, but you clearly stated above you were given access to information which was privately circulated which would suggest someone had access to it or had seen it and had shared the details with you, I also never said you that you said anyone from the club had leaked it either.
However it raises the possibility that someone who is possibily linked to the club did so, you've said the person you recieved this information from is not connected to the club, so if it was shared privately how did they find out about it?
PS: I note that the goalposts have moved again and it is now not classified!

What proof would you like? Transcripts? Names of the people who told me? Audio recordings?
This is a forum, where people write on here their thoughts, opinions and - on occasions - what they are told about & what they know.
The persistent requests for proof is jarring; like I am ever going to reveal who has told me this information.
And this goes back to my original point, in the absence of absolute concrete certainty, you can choose to not believe me, and that is fine, I am just relaying the information on here, a forum.
I’m not asking for proof of anything, I’m asking you to make the distinction between something you’ve heard and facts. Of course, there’s nothing wrong with discussing things you’ve heard. It’s a small football club and comments on here will be read by players so when you post that we’ve tried to replace Taylor twice in a month, he probably wouldn’t be too happy to read that and it might not be true.

Aye he just signed Robson and told Taylor he wasn’t needed on match days, not even for the warm up, just for the craic.

My word.
This forum is a shadow of what it used to be.
People are more interested in technicalities than connecting the dots.
