And if anyone is going to bring the feelgood factor back to dfc and its fanbase, it's surely got to be the international organisation for standardization.

It's not a week though is it!! A week to me starts on a Monday.

We've conceded 10 in a week with no reply.

This is bad enough, and proves the point you were making.

You took two extra goals for extra effect ;)
In itself factually inaccurate as Sunday is the first day of the week.
Not according to the International Organization for Standardization's ISO 8601:
"Monday shall be identified as calendar day [1] of any calendar week, and subsequent calendar days of the same calendar week shall be numbered in ascending sequence to Sunday (calendar day [7].
In that case bollocks to the IoS. (Who the ? are they anyway).

If you are going to "standardise" things, surely by definition you need more than 1 of a thing to work at aligning?

Indeed you do. As there are seven days in a week then there are conceivably seven possible starts to the week (ie there might be some people who argue that Tuesday is that start of the week, some who argue it's Wednesday, and so on) so there is "more than one of a thing" being aligned. Not that hard to work out, really.
