he was at fault for the 2nd goal but to be honest the defense was terrible all game and that wouldnt have helped his confidence.

Give the lads time, don't judge them on the back of one performance/result. Especially when many of those posters weren't even at the game.

Foster is still way off match fit. This really showed yesterday. Arnison improved as the match went on, and Bower is solid, if not comfortable at left-back.

I personally would like to see loan signings preferably covering,goalkeeper, left and right back as well as another decent striker. I am surprised we haven't 4 or 5 loan signings already to be honest. It's not like we'll have to contribute anything towards their wages. Is it right we can include up to 5 loanee players in our match day squad as well?

depends where they come from and how much goodwill is shown to use, at the moment todd has done well to get the lads in from sunderland but as boro and newcastle are both in the championship this year and a lot of their younger lads will be involved over the course of the season, im sure todd would have liked nothing better than 5 young local prospects for free....if only it were that easy eh!!

Basic error. Shouldnt be making them mistakes but it could make him more determined to put it right, hope the lad has a blinder against Leeds tonight. Not confident of a win but hopefully the team can gel that little bit more ready for Bury at the weekend.
