Beware Corals

Just thought I'd pass on a bad experience of Corals Bookies recently.

I had to go to Walsall the other day and fancied a bet. I found a Corals, not a bookies I normally use.
I put a £20 bet on a 7/4 horse, which won; so I was due back £55.
When I went to collect they gave me £20! Telling me the bet was placed late.
It was late on by a couple of seconds but they took the bet and even gave me the price.
I obviously complained and had to ring a 0800 number, I got paid out but this is a scam IMO. The only reason I knew the bet was void was because it won, if it hadn't of won I would be none the wiser.
I have since done some research and found this is common place action by Corals. They are not breaking the rules but they are pushing it close!

I wonder how many just accept their money back and can't be bothered to complain or how many void losing bets are there in their system that punters know nothing about because they weren't told at the time.

Boycott Corals!
