Moving to Darlington
Hi Everyone. We are looking at buying a house in Darlington and have seen a couple on one the developments on Smithfield Rd just off Neasham Road. Is this a decent area? We rent in Northallerton at moment but prices there are rediculous. Cheers for any advice.
Re: Moving to Darlington
I live on smithfield road, know another 3 other couples who also live on this estate. Smithfield road is a little busy for traffic but I hardly notice since moving here recently. Pleasant enough area and close to all the local amnesties. I'd recommend it!
Re: Moving to Darlington
Its not a bad area at all, I live just round the corner more or less. However there are plenty of the travelling types settled in the area so plenty of vans parked up!

I think it may have been because Big Dawg doesn't fancy love it as a neighbour more than anything!loan_star wrote:I think its because there are a few of the travelling types settled in that area.
