The winner will be announced just before midday. Corbyn is the hot favourite to win. What will that mean for the Labour parties future?

It means that the Labour party will have a real socialist as its leader rather than some Blairite neo-Tory.

Means Jenny Chapman has backed the wrong horse.

Jenny Chapman always backs the wrong horse because she is chairwoman of Progress, the Blairite faction.

I couldn't give a s*** if he loses. I want a Labour party I can support, not some spineless bunch of Blairite shysters. I've been excluded from voting for 30 years so now I'm back with a vengeance.
Anyone with any sense knows that the establishment will continue to undermine him. The Tory press, the right wing BBC, but there are people out there who already see through the lies of these scumbags.
Labour will soon have a million members and I'm glad it's back fighting for the working class, not rolling over to support capitalism and the free market, and fighting for the NHS to remain in the public sector not sold off to some rich city investors.

They've chosen an unelectable man with principles relating to the original Labour standing as opposed to an unelectable Blairite clone.

Labour won't come anywhere near governing for a good while, but at least they can now say they offer a genuine alternative (even if I'd never vote for it).

All you need to do now then is convince another 11.5m voters in order to convert those principles into power

I bet the tories can't believe their luck, as they face opposition that is virtually unelectable.

The Tories are a shower of shite, a psychopathic bunch of charlatans and carpet baggers, who are using the most despicable form of gerrymandering to rig the next election:

I wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire, I pour gasoline on them instead.

Whether you agree or disagree with the Tories is immaterial, Labour won't provide effective opposition that the electorate can get behind.

Whatever your views on the Tories are, it doesn't make any difference to how things will turn out.

As a Tory Party member, this is good to know.

This must be the gentler, more caring politics that Corbyn advocates.

There's one thing for sure, that they'll be a wide difference in policies between the 2 main parties, come the next general election.
