We will be playing at the arena again next season - fact.
Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.

I'd be interested to see how that works. Once DFC 2009 is liquidated how can creditors receive any payments that are received after the company is dissolved?sada8022 wrote:He gets half the Dan Burn Money

Half the DB money goes into Harvey's pot for his fees and to be distributed amongst all the creditors equally.sada8022 wrote:He gets half the Dan Burn Money

I believe that where there is the possibility of future income, the liquidation is kept open for a period to see if that income arises.divas wrote:I'd be interested to see how that works. That's how I understand it, but I'm not clear as to how long it's kept open and what happens when it's finally closed? Some of the likely clauses won't be reached for years, if at all, so what happens then? When the liquidation period is over will we have the option to purchase the remainder of the percentages for a nominal fee, or will they revert to Raj?herts_darlo wrote:I believe that where there is the possibility of future income, the liquidation is kept open for a period to see if that income arises.divas wrote:I'd be interested to see how that works. Of which depending how much 1883 have paid...the PFA will surely be preferential?herts_darlo wrote:Half the DB money goes into Harvey's pot for his fees and to be distributed amongst all the creditors equally.sada8022 wrote:He gets half the Dan Burn Money
Thats how it works with the redunancy office in a normal liquidation after all staff & employees are a preferential creditor.
