Any updates on the weather currently in Whitby? In Darlo it's just spotting with rain.

Pitch inspection 10.30, not looking too good.

There'll be a fair few sponges there, mainly among the DAFTS I would imagine.

Was thinking of going by train to this one but the pitch inspection is timed too late for the only train that will get me there on time. Any other solutions to getting there whilst still knowing if the game will be on?

This goes down as my most expensive postponement. My cunning plan to book a weeks holiday in North Yorkshire has backfired on me. I fully expect to spend the day SHOPPING!

Once Pete said that, we should have all given the game up as lost. He's got previous as they say.

What rubbed salt in the wound was listening to Leyton Orient v HU on Radio Tees on the way back to our cottage.

Tuck a day off work for this one. Bit of a waste of a day's holiday however good turn out. Only one winner being the pubs. Lot of faces there from many moons ago that weren't there In our darkest of hours and giving it large in the pubs where familys were. What a great example you fellas were. No doubt see you lot again when the "sniff" of glory comes around.

It could be a massive game, coming some close to the end of the regular season.

Think yourself lucky, I was at the game and Hartlepool were awful, but still better than Orient.

The 1st 45 minutes neither team were up to Northern League Standard. The only reason it was 0-0 at 1/2 time was p*ss poor attacks by both sides couldn't get shots on target.

Hartlepool had a massive 359 fans there.

Only because they laid on free coach travel otherwise it would of been about 100.

We will be playing at the arena again next season - fact.

Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.
