yes, whoosh indeed.
my attempt to suggest that, unfortunate as this situation is, this isn't a time to be too reactionary. We are the club now, we do need some leaders and those who can create and execute a plan but our club is now structured very differently from most of the rest and we need always to have that at the forefront of our minds.
Companies and organisations grow. And change. And what worked and sufficed before very often becomes unfit-for-purpose, often very quickly.
We've got through the last five years, this may be part of the signal that we need to regroup and work out how to do the next five.
We already knew that, but a lot of what has been written the past week is by people who have obviously forgotten.
