Sorry was away in Ireland for a few days and missed the excitement of the election. Well I think most people were shocked by the result. I can only see there being another general election within a year, as a hung parliament is no good to anybody.

Not sure many were shocked by the time it came around - possibly if you'd gone to bed two months ago and woken up on Friday, as at the point the election was called the Tories did seem a shoe-in for a majority, however it became more and more obvious as the election drew closer that all the momentum was with Labour.

What impressed me most about them was they were the only party I could see vocally communicating the reasons to vote for them, not just focussing on reasons not to vote for the competition as the Tories and Lib Dems did.

We will be playing at the arena again next season - fact.

Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.

I think having a positive election campaign, is far more effective than a negative one.

The odds have changed even more in favour of the Tories winning, as they are now 1/4 and Labour are 5/2. Click the link below.

Other local constituency odds are.

----------------------------Conservatives--------Labour
B.Auckland---------------4/11------------------15/8
Hartlepool----------------2/5--------------------2/1
Sedgefield----------------8/11------------------Evens
Stockton Sth-------------1/50------------------12/1
Stockton Nth-------------13/8------------------4/9
Middlesbrough-----------14/1------------------1/66
Middlesbrough Sth------1/9--------------------5/1
Richmond----------------1/200-----------------33/1

.
So a 5/2, 15/8, 2/1, evens, 12/1 ,4/9 , 1/66 all won - would have been a tidy 7 fold
