Is this correct, i am shocked, this only happens to tin pot clubs, shame it didn't happen on the way to game, it would of saved you a thrashing

Re: Darlington team coach breaking down
Wouldn't have changed the result, we'd have got our arses to the match instead of crying off because we've got a couple of injuries. That would be tinpot.
"At a meeting held at the Grammar School on Friday last - Mr Phillip Wood M.A., in the chair - it was resolved to form an Association Football Club for Darlington and neighbourhood. The opinions of those present were so unanimous as to the desirability of this step, that a committee was formed to complete the organisation of the club, and Mr Craven, 17, Garden Street, was appointed secretary pro tem." - The Northern Echo, Monday 23rd July 1883

No, our fans would have picked them up because they own the club and have collective responsibility!

When the coach to Boston broke down, there was also enough room on the supporters coach for the players but spenny declined to use it, so I've been told.bertbanger wrote:polarbear wrote:Is this correct, i am shocked, this only happens to tin pot clubs, shame it didn't happen on the way to game, it would of saved you a thrashing

Is this thread referring to the bus or MG ?

We will be playing at the arena again next season - fact.
Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.

Of course Polarbear is making it up.
Why? Because if he was on a full bus he'd have been on here protecting his merry band of pitchfork wavers last month by repeatedly going on about it.
I preferred him when he was a mediocre troll rather than a worthless bullshitter.

You expect us to believe Spen can fill a bus with fans? Come on
Re: Darlington team coach breaking down
According to Twitter, only 7 seats left on a 50+ seater for Tamworth, it may well be full now, also the fans who travel with cars, spennymoor have a decent away support. Rumours going round in Hartlepool that Darlington can't fill a buss.H1987 wrote:You expect us to believe Spen can fill a bus with fans? Come on
Re: Darlington team coach breaking down
really don't understand why the amount of fans that both teams have means so much to people. Is it a big deal really?
